Last minute Christmas stocking ideas…

More Christmas Stocking fillers, books by prolific Australian authors…

Goldie AlexanderI loved ‘The Youngest Cameleer’ by Goldie the-youngest-cameleerAlexander, this is a YA’s book, a fictionalized story about Australian History through the eyes of a newly arrived Cameleer as he joins an historic expedition across the Australian outback. Goldie writes across many genres and has a range of books available

On a more Zany and Wacky note, for the young readers who want to read a laughgreendc picgrat siege-front-cover DC Green a minute yet action packed book, why not try D C Green’s books. Uponia is a real place in Zacs mind. The Erasmus James books are hilarious yet reflect the world today, relationships, and being brave against impossible odds.

Another brilliant and talented Australian Author is Michael Gerard Bauer  Michael G B who writes so cleverly his humor is very much the Laugh out Loud variety with cringing moments thrown in. Check out all his books including Don’t Call Me Ishmael! which is just the first in a great series. ‘Just a Dog’ and ‘The Running Man’ are also worth putting in your Christmas gifts for the young readers in your life.
Again I have been delighted to present these suggestions, there are many more authors and books I could add. Please enjoy your Christmas planning. More to come…
